Overview
The astrophysics group at DAMTP at the University of Cambridge currently is expecting to have a number of PhD studentships available. The group is ideally seeking candidates to join this internationally recognised group in October 2010. It is intended that the successful candidates will work either in the astrophysical fluid dynamics group or the atomic astrophysics group to be decided according to group needs and suitability. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have an honours degree (at least II.I or equivalent) in mathematics, theoretical Physics, or other relevant discipline. The studentship offers tuition fees and a maintenance grant in accordance with Research Council eligibility criteria, which means that the studentship is not available to citizens of non-EU countries.
