Australian Postgraduate Awards are available to domestic students with a First Class Honours result or equivalent, to support their study towards a Higher Degree by Research. Awards are available in all Discipline areas.
Value: approximately $22,860 per annum (2011 rate), tax free for up to 3 years (indexed annually) for a Phd or 2 years for a Masters.
Note: Applications for the Mid-Year Round will be accepted via Online Application only commencing in 2011. No hard-copy applications will be accepted. Applicants who have already submitted a hard-copy form will have their application returned so they may apply through the Online Application process.
University of Adelaide Divisional Scholarships - Mid-Year Round
Eligibility usually requires a minimum of a Second Class Honours Division A or equivalent and applicants must be Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia prior to the closing date. Scholarships are offered on the basis of academic merit and Faculties may also consider area of research when selecting recipients. Discussion with a potential supervisor is also recommended prior to application for a Divisional Scholarship.

students must commence in semester 2, 2011, and prior to 30 November 2011. Students who are already enrolled at time of applications and/or who applied in the Major Round, are not eligible to apply for the Mid-Year Round
