Overview Universities New Zealand has invited the CSC to nominate eight candidates for Commonwealth Scholarships for PhD study in New Zealand starting in February 2012. (Please note that Commonwealth Scholarships for Master’s study in New Zealand are no longer available.) The following universities in New Zealand are offering to fund one Commonwealth Scholarship each at varying values: Please note the terms and conditions for levels of funding offered by each university. More information on eligible subjects and supervisors is available on individual university websites. Please note that participation in this scholarship scheme is the choice of the university and that a university may withdraw at any time. The granting of a scholarship under this programme is at the discretion of the university. Each applicant must submit: All applications must be sent in hard copy with supporting documents to: Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (MB) The closing date for receipt of applications is 24 June 2011.
