Applications are invited for a Chapman Fellowship in Mathematics, tenable for two years, starting in September 2010.

Candidates are expected to have an honours degree and a PhD or an equivalent level of professional qualifications and experience in Mathematics or a closely related area. Evidence of exceptional ability and research excellence in your chosen area, and evidence of independent research activity, is essential, as candidates must be able to contribute to the research environment within the Department of Mathematics.
In addition to undertaking research, the Fellow will be expected to carry out limited teaching duties for the Department.
