Overview
The Leitner Program seeks to appoint a research fellow for the 2010-2011 academic year. The fellowship promotes basic research in international and comparative political economy and is open to scholars in relevant disciplines. Preference is given to recent doctoral degree recipients who are either postdoctoral students or assistant professors. The fellowship terms, titles, and salary are negotiable depending on qualifications and may, in some cases, include minimal teaching responsibilities. Application Instructions:
Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, a three to five page description of the research to be completed during the fellowship, a writing sample, and a list of the names of three references.
The letters may be sent directly, or included with the application materials in a sealed envelope. Letters sent by e-mail with full title and contact information of the sender will be accepted.
Applicants who hold positions at academic institutions should include information about whether they have a sabbatical leave available, their history of sabbatical leaves over the last five years, and a brief summary of their institution's leave policy in their cover letter.
