Overview
A Postgraduate Research Studentship is available from January 2010 in the Faculty of Business, Enterprise and Lifelong Learning providing the opportunity to undertake research leading to the award of PhD on the following theme:
Business and Government, either in Political Marketing, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility or Societal Marketing.
You will receive a bursary to cover the full UK/EU tuition fees and a stipend of £13,290 per annum for up to three years full time.
Applicants should submit a research proposal on the above theme. Applicants should have a minimum of a 2.1 undergraduate degree in Marketing/Management/Social Science or a closely related discipline and preferably a Master's degree in Marketing.
Applications should include:
•A completed University of Chester Postgraduate Research Degree application form including contact details of two referees (at least one must be familiar with your most recent academic work).
•A detailed Project Proposal following the required template.
The Faculty encourages informal enquiries on proposed topics.
