The Institute’s ultimate goal is to improve the quality of teaching and strengthen the development of curricula about the United States in educational institutions and school systems outside the United States. Each program includes two components: an intensive, four-week academic seminar, and a study tour of up to two weeks designed to reinforce the academic content of the program.
