Overview
Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill two (2) part-time Research Fellow positions at the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management for a research program related to one of the following fields: “Sociology / Anthropology / Social Psychology / Social Geography / Behaviour Sciences (priority will be given on candidates with focus on tourism and leisure)».
Applicants should have:
- University Degree and a Masters degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university in one or a combination of the following fields of study: Sociology / Anthropology / Social Psychology / Social Geography / Behavioural Sciences
- Very Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Experience in carrying out surveys on the advertised subjects.
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience in preparing, submitting, and managing research projects.
- Possession of a Ph.D. title.
- Knowledge of Statistical Package for quantitative and qualitative data analysis (SPSS & NVIVO) would be an advantage.
- Τhe appointment will be for a period of six (6) months, with a possibility for renewal for ten (10) months. The monthly gross salary for the position will be €1162,24. There is no provision for 13th salary.

3. A copy of their most representative publication (if applicable).

Box 50329, CY-3603 Limassol) with a clearly visible post office stamp of a date not later than Monday 6 December 2010, 2:00 p.m. which is the deadline for the submission of the applications.
