Overview
The international research center for social and ethical questions (ifz) in Salzburg will be focusing
on the theme “dealing with unemployment” from April to June 2010. We are inviting three researchers and scholars to join us in exploring this topic. We are looking for researchers who will creatively address issues of unemployment and write a publishable article related to dealing with unemployment during their stay in Salzburg. The center's working languages are German and English.

Engaged participation in the weekly research seminar and the conference “Resilience and
Unemployment” that will take place from May 1821, 2010
Presentation of research results in the seminar
Writing a publishable article
Researchers are also invited to apply for the summer and autumn of 2010
Further projects for 2010 include “Reduction” (June-July) and “Resilience in regions and businesses” (SeptemberDecember).
