Fully qualified mathematics or physics teachers. Also those who head an academic research group can show their interest in the programme.
What can be applied for

Eligible for reimbursement are the school’s expenses for the teacher’s replacement, plus an amount of 2,270 euro as compensation for the resulting disruption.
When can be applied
Applications can be put in continuously to the office of the Division for Physical Sciences. The programme runs from May 2000.
Extra Information

1.developing teaching material in a didactics department where the emphasis is on the mathematics or astronomy component, respectively;
2.writing an article together with academic researchers;
The research may be purely mathematical or astronomical, or it may be didactical, where the emphasis is on the mathematics or astronomy component, or applied to specific problems. History and/or philosophy of mathematics or astronomy can also be studied.
