Overview
Please note there are strict eligibility requirements which apply to all Marie Curie Fellows. Nationals or residents of the UK cannot usually apply.

If you are a resident or national of UK there are opportunities available at our partner organisations - http://www.fp7.portals.mbs.ac.uk/.
The purpose of this post is to carry out research and to participate in the activities of the RISK Marie Curie Initial Training Network investigating qualitative and quantitative approaches to the measurement and management of financial risks.
The recent financial crisis has highlighted the problems of many procyclical risk management policies and regulations that induced systemic failure in both the banking sector and financial markets.
The network is looking to appoint an early stage researcher to work on a research project which will study counter cyclical measures for financing and lending strategies from the corporate sector's perspective. It is anticipated that the research preformed will form all or part of studies towards a postgraduate degree (PhD) in Finance.
The researcher will spend a four month period of secondment at Universitat Pompeu Fabra subject to further confirmation.
This post provides excellent opportunities to gain multi-discipline research training and exposure to working in universities, the private sector, central banks and professional organisations.
Applicants should have a Master Degree (with distinction) in a relevant discipline and must be eligible to be appointed as an Early Stage Researcher in the UK.
This position will be full-time, fixed term for 36 months
