Salary: £26,720 - £38,930 p.a.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Group is the home of unique and exciting initiatives, including the Innovation Studies Centre, Design London and the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
We are seeking to recruit five outstanding individuals who aspire to launch their academic careers as Research Associates within the Group. The successful candidates will hold a PhD (or near completion), a strong command of social science research methods and a keen interest in technological innovation, organisational behaviour and/or design. The applicants will demonstrate strong skills in either qualitative research methods (e.g. grounded theory; multiple cases; content analysis) and/or in quantitative methods (state-of-the-art statistical analysis methods, excellent command of database, survey and archival research), as well as the ability to publish in internationally-leading scientific journals. Past research and practical experience in innovation entrepreneurship, design, and/or technology management is welcomed.
Successful candidates will play a significant role in the research group. They will be highly motivated and possess strong team-working and organisational skills.
