Profil souhaité:

Applicants must have a Master degree in a related field and have an understanding and a keen interest in biological questions.

The successful applicant will have access to cutting edge facilities and technologies.

Description des tâches:

The research project focus on the regulation of mouse liver metabolism by the circadian clock. We have recently characterized a new circadian clock-regulated transcription factor with a potential function in the adaptation of mice to different kind of stresses. We have now conceived an animal model with a deletion of the gene. The goal of this project will be the study of the impact of this deletion on mouse metabolism and its role in the adaptation of the animals to changes in the environment.
