The Embassy of Switzerland in Ireland has announced the details of the 2010 - 2011 scholarship offer to Irish graduates. All the necessary documents for your information have been attached.
The scholarships are intended for students who have graduated from university and who, by staying in Switzerland, will be able to further their education and to undertake research work in the fields in which the Swiss universities are particularly active.
Within the framework of a special allocation, scholarships for advanced arts students in the areas of graphics and applied arts as well as music (without fixed distribution by country) are offered to the best applicants who are already at an advanced stage of their training.
A fair knowledge of either German or French is required. As courses are given in these languages in Switzerland. Candidates will have to pass a written and oral examination at the Embassy. These language tests, as well as a short personal interview will take place on
Wednesday, 9 December 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Swiss Embassy, 6 Ailesbury Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Applicants should fill out these forms electronically an them out to attach to their files.
Completed applications must be received no later than 5.30 p.m. on 30 October 2009.

Application Procedure
