MODUL has been training people to face the challenges of the rapidly expanding tourism industry for almost a century. The European Training centre for Hospitality and Tourism at MODUL counts along one of the leading schools in the world and its location in the culturally rich city of Vienna makes it the ideal place to study tourism.
MODUL University boasts a brand new campus amongst the hills of Kahlenburg with breathtaking views over the city of Vienna. It is equipped with state of the art facilities. The University faculty combines leading international academic staff with experts and practitioners from the industry. Recent developments and trends in hospitality and leisure are studied alongside international business theory.
The Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality Management
The Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality Management is designed for students from all over the world who want to lay a solid foundation of their career in the tourism and leisure industry. The three-year BBA programme is unique of its kind as it perfectly combines a sound academic theory with business-related training. Students are given a solid grounding in service delivery and hospitality, preparing them to take up leading positions in the industry worldwide as well as to run their own businesses profitably. After the first year, students choose their specialization in either hospitality or tourism management. The choice is made with the help of professional counsellors.
Course Particulars
The BBA is a three year course of 6 semesters which can be read full- or part-time. The full-time option includes an internship of four months, and both options feature a combination of course work, examination and thesis. A unique feature of the course is an innovative mentoring system developed with the industry. The language of instruction is English. The total number of students within each year will not exceed 120.

The MBI Al Jaber Foundation Scholarships The MODUL University scholarship covers course fees and is open to all Arab residents of the Middle East and North Africa. You are eligible to apply if:
You can demonstrate financial need.
You intend to return to your country of residence and contribute to its future development.
You have been accepted onto the Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality Management at MODUL University Vienna.
