We are a highly research active department with a record of staff achievement (publications in prestigious journals, grant funding from research councils and consultancy work with various stakeholders) across a wide range of topics. See our website for more information.
We are looking for keen and able candidates to apply for studentships, to undertake doctoral study. The studentships will pay UK /EU fees, and provide a maintenance stipend of £13,590 (2010/11 rate) for up to three years (with MSc) or four years if entering at undergraduate level.
While applications for most areas of psychology will be considered we are actively seeking applications in the areas of: cognition, including computational modelling and language; developmental psychology; and mainstream social psychology.
