Overview
Molde University College hereby announces a PhD scholarships in Information Systems (IS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). We are seeking candidates with a background in information systems and with strong interest in logistics and supply chain management. Candidates with a combined background consisting of IS and SCM are also encouraged to apply.
Eligible candidates
Applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent education in information systems/informatics or logistics, and a strong academic record. An application should clarify the applicant’s motivation for a PhD. The final selection will be based on background, relevance, and motivation.
Place of work is Molde. The appointment period is 3 or 4 years. An appointment of 4 years includes 25% working duties to the college (teaching and/or supervising), whereas a 3 years appointment does not include any working duties.

The position will be remunerated at wage level 48 on the Norwegian State salary scale, with gross salary NOK 383 900 a year, of which 2 % is deducted for the Norwegian State Pension Fund. The appointment will be made in accordance with current regulations concerning state employees and guidelines for employment as Research Fellow at universities and university colleges.
