Overview
Manchester Business School invites applications for PhD studies with a research topic which falls within the scope of one of the following themes:
•Life risks
•Aging and long term care
•Addictions and risky behaviours
•Emerging biomedical risks
•Societal Risks
•Geopolitical risks
•Macro-economic, financial, and societal risks
•Large corporate risk
•Environmental risks
•Natural catastrophes
•Risks linked to climate change
The selected candidates will be submitted to AXA through a formal University nomination process. Please note that applications from individuals are not accepted by AXA.
Value: The award covers full tuition fees, living allowance and additional research expense allowance for 3 years.
Eligibility: The award is open to UK, EU and Overseas candidates
How to apply: In addition to submitting an online application for PhD programme, the following supporting documents are required:
•Previous degree certificates and transcripts
•Two references
•3,000-word research proposal
•Detailed CV
•Cover letter
•Additional materials illustrating your research background
