£42,563 - £57,201 per annum + allowances

Providing tutorial teaching to undergraduates for up to eight hours each week during full term, you will participate in the organisation of teaching in English in the College. You will share pastoral duties and participate in the undergraduate admissions process, giving no fewer than sixteen lectures or classes in each academic year under the direction of the Faculty of English Language & Literature.
As well as sharing in University examining as reasonably required, you will make an appropriate contribution to the supervision and teaching of graduate students, undertake a reasonable share of faculty administrative duties, and engage in advanced study or research.
With research interests in literature in English from 1900 to the present day, you will have proven teaching competence (or the potential for such competence) in literature in English from the middle of the eighteenth century forward.
