China Britain Industrial Consortium Scholarships for Chinese Students at School of Management – Cranfield University. To enable candidates from Chinese State Owned enterprises and government bodies to study for a Master of Business Administration at the School of Management, Cranfield University.
This award enables candidates from Chinese State Owned enterprises and government bodies to study for an MBA or other specified MSc at the School of Management, Cranfield University. The companies within CBIC sponsor students who are either nominated by SETC or elected from applicants for British Council Chevening Scholarships. The sponsoring member has the right to elect the individual student.
Application Process:
Applications are made to the British Council as for the Chevening Scholarships in the September of the year proceeding the start of the course. The British Council will arrange for suitable candidates to sit IELTS and, for those without an acceptable GMAT score, to take the Cranfield Admissions Test. Candidates who achieve the required scores will be interviewed in March by the potential sponsor and Cranfield.

Who can apply:
Applicants must be citizens of the People's Republic of China and should be employees of a State Owned Enterprise or Government ministry, bureau or other official body. They should have a minimum of three year's work experience since graduation. (The normal age range is 26 to 36).
Entry Qualifications:
At least three years' post qualification work experience A good degree and/or professional qualification A good score in the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or the Cranfield Admissions Test. A balanced score of 6.5 or better in the British Councils International English Language Test (IETLS).
