Ticket Awards Form For Undergraduate Students Only At University Of Miami USA 2009

American Airlines is pleased to announce a scholarship for University of Miami study abroad students for the 2009 summer and fall semesters. One student will receive a round trip airline ticket to be used ONLY for travel to and from his/her study abroad program destination. If the destination is not a destination to which American Airlines flies, the ticket destination will be the closet to the destination to which American Airlines flies. All students are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their round trip ticket if they buy it through American Airlines. To receive the discount, the student must fulfill the following requirements:

-Discount code may only be used for one passenger accepted into foreign institution and approved for study abroad credit by University of Miami.
-Discount code is only valid to destinations that American Airlines services: http://www.aa.com/aa/i18nForward.do?p=/aboutUs/whereWeFly/maps/world.jsp
-Minimum fare requirement: $375
-Discount code may only be used for one passenger
-Discount code may not be used for travel unrelated to study abroad activity
-Discount code may not be sold or transferred
-Unused discount code must be returned to the applicable study abroad or administrative office

Important Clarifications
-This scholarship is a roundtrip airline ticket from AA. All seats are subject to availability and are issued to destinations which AA serves directly.
-Neither the University of Miami nor AA can guarantee students a ticket to the final destination or on the dates desired. In some cases, the ticket will be issued to the nearest major destination which AA serves directly. Students will be responsible for any costs associated with getting from this point to the final destination.
-Awards are valid on AA/American Eagle only.
-Students will be responsible for taxes and fees on the ticket.
-Routing changes after ticketing may be made if booking inventory is available. Students will be responsible for the change fee.
-Date/time changes after ticketing may be made if booking inventory is available.
