- Financial support for one academic year
- Books and research allowance
- Round-trip transportation to host country
- Supplemental health and accident insurance
- Partial support for dependents ( a few countries)
Eligibility
- Have a Bachelor’s degree before date of grant (i.e. mid-2011 but not a Ph.D
(with some exceptions)
- U.S. Citizen (at time of application)
- No previous Fulbright grant during last 3 years
- Enrolled at, or recently graduated from UNL
- Prepared to do graduate work by mid-to-late 2011
Application Procedures
- Prepare a proposal of graduate study in a specific country (except for a few
Teaching Assistantships)
- Obtain a statement of foreign language proficiency (except for English)
- Complete preliminary application by mid-September
