Overview
The Johns Hopkins University invites applications for the Morton K. Blaustein Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences (EPS).
We seek an outstanding individual with a recent Ph.D. in any area of Earth and Planetary sciences. The successful candidate will be free to pursue his/her independent research interests. Projects that complement our existing research programs and that involve two or more of the faculty from EPS and other Hopkins departments will be given preference. Information on our department and its research activities can be found at http://www.eps.jhu.edu. Applicants are encouraged to contact faculty whom they are interested in working with.
The duration of the fellowship is one year with an anticipated extension for a second year. The position carries a competitive salary and fringe benefits, includes an annual stipend for travel and research expenses, and provides eligibility to participate in the Johns Hopkins University health plans.
